Drema Kay Grafton

Drema Kay Grafton, 67 of Charlestown, MD, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021. 

Born in Beckley, WV, on January 3, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Walter Roscoe and Vinnie Pearl (Coalson) Janney.

Drema worked as a cashier for the North East Shoppe.

She enjoyed watching the game show network, Golden Girls, Hallmark Movies and playing Yahtzee.  Most of all she loved the time she spent with her family.

Survivors include her 2 sons: Joe Grafton (Jessica) and Chris Grafton all of Charlestown, MD; her partner for over 20 years: Charles Brewer of Charlestown, MD; 3 sisters: Mary Gibney (Jim) of Rising Sun, MD, Wilma Crouch of Elkton, MD and Zetta Hermans (Ted) of North East, MD; and a brother: Elmer Janney (Mae) of Oxford, PA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Heaven Grafton, Alyssa Grafton, Allen Owens III, Jesse Owens, Brandon Persons; and 3 great grandchildren: Luna, Liam and Lane Mozdzierz.

In addition to her parents, Drema was also preceded by 3 siblings: Vivian Griffith, Freddie E. Janney and Mildred Vance.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
