Esther Duncan Hutcheson (92) went to her heavenly home on November 6, 2021 at the Baldwyn Nursing Facility surrounded by her family. Esther lived a long, joyful and successful life. She grew up in the Houston Palestine Community and attended Fulton High School. She was an avid basketball player and was on the basketball team that won State Champs in 1946. She worked forty four years at Blue Bell in Baldwyn, MS from which she retired in 1991. In her retirement, she rendered care to her husband Forrest Allen Duncan and spent time with her grandchildren. She also prepared meals for the elderly at the Baldwyn Community Center. She had three sons, five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Tim Duncan (Melinda) of Baldwyn; her grandchildren, Tobey Duncan (Kelly), Ginger Dabbs (Charlie), Lindsey Floyd (Wesley), Chelsea Duncan (Andrew) & T.J. Duncan and her great grandchildren, Eli Duncan, Mary Grace Duncan, Charlotte Duncan, Valorie Duncan, Emma Dabbs, Anna Marie Dabbs, Jace Dabbs, Bryleigh Hopkins, Harleigh Floyd, Ava Claire Duncan and Adi Grace Duncan.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Forrest Allen Duncan; her second husband, C.B. Hutcheson; her sons, Phil Duncan and Steve Duncan; her brother, Stanley Foster and her parents, Ruben & Sula Foster.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday, November 8, 2021 in the Baldwyn Chapel of Kesler Funeral Home with Bro. Dwight Scott officiating. Burial will be in Prentiss Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the funeral home.
