Maryann Ohler, 77 of Wellsburg, WV died suddenly from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Ohio County on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. She was born on May 6, 1944, in Follansbee, WV a daughter of the late Leonard and Grace (Gray) Woods. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Dave Ohler; a brother, Jim McManus; and twin grandsons, Austin and Andrew. Maryann was Christian by faith. She worked and retired from Valley Haven where she was a nurse aide. She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose #1564 where she was also a Senior Regent. Maryann is survived by three children, David (Kimberly) Ohler of Weirton, WV, Brian “Pokey” (Tamie) Ohler of Wellsburg, WV, Melinda Ohler Follansbee, WV; her companion, Eugene Misch at home; three brothers, Ronald McManus of Wellsburg, WV, Clyde McManus of Follansbee, WV; Leonard (Sue) Woods of Follansbee, WV; a sister, Linda Woods of VA; seven grandchildren, Zachary, Justin (Caitlin), Erika (Bryce), Jacob, Joshua Ty, Brandon, Kassidy; one great grandson, Gregory; one great grandbaby on the way; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation for Maryann will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, from 3:00 pm until the time of funeral services at 6:00 pm with Pastor Joy Leasure officiating at the Mullenbach Funeral Home 669 Main St. Follansbee, WV 26037. The Ladies of the Moose will hold a service for Maryann at 5:45 pm. Inurnment will be held privately at Kadesh Chapel Cemetery.
