Carey Lou Crawford, age 68, died Saturday, October 30, 2021 at a health care facility in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was born October 8, 1953 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to A.D. and Lois (Severe) Lightsey. She was a graduate of Western Heights High School and was a longtime resident of the Oklahoma City area. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her mother Lois Lightsey. Survivors include her father A.D. Lightsey of Mustang, one son Jason Crawford and wife Amanda of Edmond, one sister Pam Adkins of Mustang and one brother Mike Lightsey and wife Dee of Mustang. Also by three grandchildren Hunter Clifton, Zander and Jaci Crawford. Graveside rites will be held at 10am on Thursday, November 4, 2021 in the Memorial Pavilion at Mustang Cemetery under the direction of McNeil’s Funeral Service, Mustang, Oklahoma.
