Eva Gray Edwards of Bel Air, MD passed away on January 29, 2017 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Grayson County, VA to Tamie and Alice (Stamper) Greer, she was a manager at the school cafeteria for Wakefield and Edgewood Elementary Schools. She had previously attended Oak Grove Baptist Church and Emmorton Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids & great grandchildren and attending their sports when they were growing up. She loved dancing to country music at "Pop's Place". Her family always enjoyed getting together at the family home to enjoy her great cooking! Mrs. Edwards is survived by her husband of 63 years, Franklin Eugene Edwards; sons, Lee (Darlene) Edwards of Rock Spring, MD and Allen (Donna) Edwards of Cly, PA; daughter, Pam (Mike) Hopkins of Darlington, MD; 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; and sisters, Mary Hruz of Perry Hall, MD, Dolly Neubeck of Forest Hill, MD and Patty Bowen of Rock Spring, MD. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Dalton Edwards and brothers, Weldon Greer and Clemon Greer.
