<p>Lawton: Deborah Jo Lacy, 61, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021 in Lawton.</p><p><br></p><p>No services are planned at this time. Cremation and all arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.</p><p><br></p><p>Deborah was born Saturday, June 11, 1960 in Pisa, Italy, to Charles and Verannah (Wilson) Byrd. She lived all of her life in the Comanche County area. Deborah attended Oklahoma City Community College and earned her Bachelor's degree. She married Gary Billings on August 31, 1977 in Wichita Falls, TX, and he preceded her in death on October 21, 2002. Deborah later went on to marry William Lacy in Oklahoma City, on August 4, 2008. She and William enjoyed 13 years of marriage until his passing on August 12, 2021. Deborah was very outgoing and loving and enjoyed reading her Bible and singing. Her grandkids were the light of her life and she loved playing and spending time with them. Deborah's family will miss her deeply. </p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include, daughter, April Keeling and James Shumate of Marlow, 4 grandchildren, Brian Keeling, Jr., Emerie Keeling, Suesanna Keeling, and Kaydenlee Keeling, 3 brothers, Richard Byrd of OK, Michael Byrd, and Timothy Byrd and wife Mariah of Lawton, 3 sisters, Teresa Morlang and husband Dennis of Lawton, Sandi Kirkes and husband "Horse" Garland, Patricia Poe and husband Buddy of MD, best friend, Jamie Phelps, and numerous nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to her husbands, Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, brother, sister, and sister in law, Sybille Byrd.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Online condolences may be made to www.CallawaySmithCobb.com</p>
