Funeral Mass for Louise Jackson Moreau will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church in Simmesport. Interment will be held on a future date. 

Louise Moreau, 86, resident of Simmesport passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021 in Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Parker “Paul” Moreau (Kathryn) of Simmesport and Pam Moreau Firmin (Mark) of Simmesport; sister, Betty Jackson Tarver; brother, Jerry Ellis Jackson; grandchildren, Annie Firmin Aquino, Dustin Firmin, Lee Moreau and Lauren Moreau; great grandchildren, Corine Moreau and Isabella Firmin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Parker Joseph Moreau; her parents, Edgar Lee and Mary (Myers) Jackson; sister, Shirley Overton; and brother, Edgar Lanier Jackson.

Visitation will take place in Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
