<p>Hugh Terry Lynn died Thursday, October 15, 2021, at Ascension Providence Hospital in Waco, Texas at the age of 95.&nbsp; A private service will be held at a later date.</p> <p>Terry was born July 4, 1926, in Hazel, Kentucky.&nbsp; During World War II, he served in the United States Navy and graduated from Baylor University 19 1957.&nbsp; He was the Chief Financial Officer at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco, Associate Executive Director o the Baptist Medical Center System Little rock Arkansas, and Executive Vice President of the Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas.&nbsp;</p> <p>Mr. Lynn, a committed Christian, was a member of First Woodway Baptist church and an active member of the Gideon International.&nbsp; One of his favorite verses was Micah 6:8, &ldquo;And what does the Lord require of you?&nbsp; To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.&rdquo; &nbsp;</p> <p>Terry is survived by his beloved wife Gena of Waco; a son Kerry Lynn and wife Melinda of Paducah, Kentucky; a brother, Don Lynn and wife Barbara of Jacksonville, Florida and several nieces and nephews.&nbsp;</p>

Hugh Terry Lynn died Thursday, October 15, 2021, at Ascension Providence Hospital in Waco, Texas at the age of 95.  A private service will be held at a later date.

Terry was born July 4, 1926, in Hazel, Kentucky.  During World War II, he served in the United States Navy and graduated from Baylor University 19 1957.  He was the Chief Financial Officer at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco, Associate Executive Director o the Baptist Medical Center System Little rock Arkansas, and Executive Vice President of the Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas.
