Donna R. Ireland, 68, of Egg Harbor Township, passed away suddenly on October 27, 2021. Donna was born in Oceanside, CA to Raymond A. Glick, Jr. and Lorraine M. Glick on March 18, 1953. She graduated from Pleasantville High School in 1971. When gaming came to Atlantic City, she worked as a valet cashier at Golden Nugget and Resorts Casino. Donna enjoyed life to the fullest and cherished her family. From birth she met and overcame many obstacles. She enjoyed listening to southern rock music with Lynyrd Skynyrd being her favorite group. She loved spending time with her grandchildren in Birch Grove Park. Over her lifetime she had many faithful feline companions. Her cats were her life, with Missy and Samuel being her most recent. Donna is survived by her loving son Jonathan Ireland, Jr (Liza); stepmother Eileen Glick; siblings Craig R. Glick (Linda); Gary Glick (Debra); Debra Wendt (Timothy); Raymond Glick, III (Lilyana); Cecilia Flanagan; Robert Widerker (Carol); grandchildren Jonathan and Payton; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. A visitation will take place on Saturday, November 6th from 10-11am with a service immediately following at 11am at Greentree Church, 125 Schoolhouse Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. In lieu of flowers, financial donations can be made to her son, Jonathan Ireland, Jr., to help cover funeral expenses.
