William Milton Lynam Jr “Bill” was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He passed away on October 26th, 2021. He will truly be missed by so many loved ones. He is survived by his loving wife Tammy Lynam, loving mother Jacqueline Lynam, his sister Stephanie Matthews, his daughters Megan Hineline and Rachel Lynam and his granddaughters Hailey Hineline and Madison Krzywicki, who he loved and cherished dearly. His death was preceded by his father William Milton Lynam Sr and his son who he loved dearly William Milton Lynam 3rd.
