My Name is Michael Crowl and I have much to offer. When I am well, I am kind and giving. I am workable and loyal. I am trusting and helpful. I am cheerful and happy. I am active and I enjoy crowds. I am a jokester. When I am well, I am capable and I breathe easily. I have many important self-management skills when I am well. I am giving, and I am loyal to others. Additionally, my key self-management skills include good attendance, getting things done on time and getting along with co-workers. This includes helping out with the pop machine and buying things for other people at the El Reno home. I am dependable and enthusiastic. I am good natured and helpful. I am motivated. I am patient. I am physically strong. I am reliable and responsible. I am self-confident and I am sincere. I have many important transferable skills when I am well. Some of my key transferable skills include meeting deadlines, written communications and meeting the public. My skills working with people are especially strong. I am self-confident, self-motivated and I can solve problems. I like to help others. I am kind. I listen. I am outgoing. I am patient and pleasant and sensitive. I am trusting and understanding and sensitive. I am tolerant. I also have important creative and artistic transferable skills. I am expressive and I am good with art and drawing. Overall, some of my most important transferable skills include being kind and patient and trusting. My listening skills are good and I can communicate verbally. I have a wealth of experience with different employment skills. At Unity House, I am friendly with others. I open doors for them. I change the spring water. I am helpful to members with physical limitations. In the past, I was active with boy scouts and eagle scouts. I even went to Philmont, where I was involved with leadership training and received a certificate in troop development. I have taught classes including a class about how to tie knots. I have always had an interest in the outdoors and in animals. I have raised rabbits to sell for Easter. When I was 19 and 20 I went to Wilburton College for two years. I was in the Forestry Program and I worked on the William T. Hornaday Award for Service to Natural Resources. I also worked five years with a brick laying company, where I mixed mortar and built scaffolds. When I am well, there are many things that I like to do. I especially like going to movies and taking trips with my sister. I enjoy going out with my sister and her husband Jim on Sundays for ice cream in her car. I like spending birthdays and Christmas and other holidays with family. I like buying pop. I like playing bingo with other young adults in El Reno on Wednesdays. I love going bowling on Fridays. I like to swim. There are many other things that I like to do when I am well. I especially like to go on family gatherings. I like to go out to eat and go for walks. I like to draw and paint. I like to speak at public events. I like to help people with disabilities. I like to help children and older adults. I would like to take a leadership course. Other people like me and appreciate me. They say that I am intelligent and friendly. I have been told that I am cheerful, friendly, and helpful towards everyone. People say that I am always positive, and that I am kind to others and that I am great to be around. I am told that I have a great laugh and that I make other people laugh. I am seen as being very considerate of others. I am seen as being honest and having a pure heart.
