Thomas Daniel McCarthy, age 74, died Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at the Lopatcong Care Center in Phillipsburg NJ. He lived in Ocean County NJ until moving to Phillipsburg a few years ago. Born March 26, 1947 in Plainfield NJ, Tom was the son of the late Joseph D. and Helen Polney McCarthy. Tom was a self-employed carpenter for many years. In addition to his parents, Tom was predeceased by his brother, James J. McCarthy earlier this year. Among others, Tom is survived by his sister, Judith A. McCarthy, of Flemington Borough, NJ.
