Barbara Holdcraft, 75, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 6:53 am in Franciscan Health - Michigan City, Michigan City, Indiana.

A brief worship service will be conducted at 12:00 pm  followed by a celebration of life gathering until 3:00 pm Saturday, November 27, 2021 at the St. Joseph Young Men's Society, 2001 Franklin St., Michigan City, IN. Bring your stories and memories of Barb to share. Red and white attire is appropriate.  The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, Indiana is handling the arrangements.   

She was born April 26, 1946 in New Carlisle, Indiana to the late Robert and Eleanor (Kelly-Hunt) Roloff.  On June 9, 1995 in Michigan City, Indiana he married Stan Holdcraft who survives Michigan City, Indiana.  Also surviving are two daughters, Elise Ann Nothstine of Porter, Indiana and  Laura Tubbs of Michigan City, Indiana; son, David (Amy) Holdcraft of Phoenix, Arizona; six Grandchildren, Chelsea Trader, Zachary Lane, Alexandria Holdcraft, Michael Lane, Elliana Holdcraft, Jakob Holdcraft; four Great-Grandchildren, Emma Lane, Coleson Trader, Ethan Lane, Elayna Lane; two sisters, Gloria (Rudy) Adams of Walkerton, Indiana, Connie (David) Crama of La Porte, Indiana; and adored nieces and nephews. 

Barb was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Michigan City, Indiana and former president of the Service League of Michigan City.  She spent over 33 years as a social studies teacher at Elston High School and Michigan City High School.  She also served in many of the extracurricular activities of the schools.
