In the early morning hours of October 26, 2021, Heaven’s angels welcomed Joyce Ann Oliver home. She peacefully passed away at the age of 79 in her home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

 Joyce was born on June 28, 1942 in Keota, Oklahoma to Matt and Rosie Sasser. Upon her last breath, both embraced her in Heaven along with her siblings: Lorene Imoe, John Sasser, Friedabell Sasser, Franklin Sasser, and Verna Olson. Her legacy of love and compassion lives on in her children: Debbie Victorino, Chris Oliver, Rhonda Oliver and Lori Singletary, her grandchildren: Jonathan Victorino, Christopher Oliver, Joshua Victorino, Jessica Oliver, Daniel Victorino, Brendon Singletary, Jamie Wilson, Hannarose Singletary, Sophie Singletary, and Kylie Singletary, and her great-grandchildren: Lilyann Victorino, Xander Victorino, Sutton Victorino, Chadwick Singletary, and Charlotte Mae Wilson.

 Her gentle, giving nature and elegant grace enabled those around her to feel safe and loved especially through the storms of life. She saw the best in everyone and would surrender her last penny to help another. Family was her first priority, and she eagerly opened her home for special occasions and holidays as often as possible, providing a place for laughter, love, and celebrations. All who encountered her were forever changed by her unconditional love. May the blessings of her forgiveness be the guiding light of future generations.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, Oct. 29, 2021, at 2 pm at Riverview Cemetery, 1065 N. Lincoln Way in Cda, ID  83814
