Mildred Orrell Fincher

<p>Mildred (Molly) Orrell Fincher was born June 21,1931 and made her journey to heaven on Tuesday October 26, 2021.</p> <p>Molly accepted Jesus as her personal Savior as a teen at the Nogal Ranchers Camp Meeting.&nbsp; She graduated from Corona High School.&nbsp; She married A.D. Fincher in 1952.&nbsp; After moving to Abilene, they were blessed with a daughter and a son. Molly worked as a secretary at Taylor Elementary for many years. She also worked at Locust Elementary and in the Library at Cooper High School.&nbsp; This dedicated Christian lady served the Lord as a Sunday school teacher and in many different ways throughout her life.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Florence Orrell, her husband A.D. Fincher, brother John Orrell, her son Dan Fincher and nephew Frank D. Orrell.</p> <p>Survivors include daughter Linda Patrick and husband Ronnie; daughter-in-law Teresa Fincher; grandchildren Heather, Aaron and wife Kim, Nathan, Jordan and wife Louray, Emily and husband Chris; 6 great-grandchildren children; nephew John Orrell and family and niece Judy Napierand family.&nbsp; Also very special friends Joyce and Glen Galle family, as well as the Corine Hanson family.</p> <p>Services will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Harvest Baptist Church 1389 South Vine St. Abilene, TX with Pastor Roy Meksch officiating. Visitation will be Friday, November 5, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Harvest Baptist Church.</p>
