Mildred (Molly) Orrell Fincher was born June 21,1931 and made her journey to heaven on Tuesday October 26, 2021.

Molly accepted Jesus as her personal Savior as a teen at the Nogal Ranchers Camp Meeting.  She graduated from Corona High School.  She married A.D. Fincher in 1952.  After moving to Abilene, they were blessed with a daughter and a son. Molly worked as a secretary at Taylor Elementary for many years. She also worked at Locust Elementary and in the Library at Cooper High School.  This dedicated Christian lady served the Lord as a Sunday school teacher and in many different ways throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Florence Orrell, her husband A.D. Fincher, brother John Orrell, her son Dan Fincher and nephew Frank D. Orrell.

Survivors include daughter Linda Patrick and husband Ronnie; daughter-in-law Teresa Fincher; grandchildren Heather, Aaron and wife Kim, Nathan, Jordan and wife Louray, Emily and husband Chris; 6 great-grandchildren children; nephew John Orrell and family and niece Judy Napierand family.  Also very special friends Joyce and Glen Galle family, as well as the Corine Hanson family.

Services will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Harvest Baptist Church 1389 South Vine St. Abilene, TX with Pastor Roy Meksch officiating. Visitation will be Friday, November 5, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Harvest Baptist Church.
