Jason Lee Burgard, 49, of Boiling Springs, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at the U.P.M.C.-Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
He was born August 26, 1972, the son of Nancy (Ruppert) Burgard of Wellsville and the late Ronald L. Burgard.
Jason was employed as a forklift operator for Pennex Aluminum Company, Wellsville. Jason was the biggest LSU fan in Pennsylvania and the family ask that you wear LSU colors, purple and gold, for his visitation in his memory if you would like.
Jason is survived besides his mother by his wife, Theresa M. (Baylis) Burgard; his daughter, Tara L. Edwards of Dillsburg; his grandchildren, Claire L. Edwards, Dakota M. Edwards, Evelyn R. Edwards; his step-children, Chase J. Toombs, Cole J. Toombs, Ella L. Toombs all of Boiling Springs; and his brothers, Ronald L. Burgard of Dillsburg, Keith R. Burgard of Shiremanstown, Chad L. Burgard of Wellsville.
A visitation will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 3-5 pm in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg.
