<p>Kathryn &quot;Kay&quot; Brady, 90, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021. She was born in Rockford May 22,1931, the daughter of Clarence &quot;Curly&quot; and Meryl (Palmer) Lundberg. She was a graduate of West High school and married Richard &quot;Dick&quot; Brady on October&nbsp;20, 1951. She dedicated her life to raising five children. She stayed active in a ladies&#39; bowling league for many years. She and Dick were members of several square-dancing clubs and enjoyed many hours of dancing with friends. Her french toast and holiday noodles have left memories which will last a lifetime.</p> <p>The family would like to thank the staff at Park Strathmoor and Family Home Health Hospice for their kind and compassionate care during Kay&#39;s final days. She is survived by her children, Judy Brady Rushing (Chuck),&nbsp;Jim (Linda) Brady,&nbsp;Jan (Terry) Miller, Jerry (Bobbie) Brady, and&nbsp;Joyce (Dave) Kling; her grandchildren, Karen (Luke) Kramer, Eileen (Jeremy) Foszcz, Nick (Becca Kehm) Brady, Emily (Matt) Fitzgerald, Erin (John) Franklin; her great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Maddie Kramer, Lydia Foszcz, Hailey, and Bridget Fitzgerald.&nbsp; She was predeceased by her husband Dick, her Mom and Dad, her brother and sister-in-law Bill (Marilyn) Lundberg, and her sister and brother-in-law Jean (Warren) Williams.&nbsp;</p> <p>Funeral Services will be held on Friday October 29th, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Sundberg Funeral Home, 215 North Sixth St. Rockford, Illinois. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.</p>
