Pamela Beth "Pam" Carson passed away peacefully on October 26, 2021 with her children and grandchildren by her side in Oklahoma City, OK.
Pam was born June 20, 1949 in Altus, OK to Gwendolyn Grider-Beavers and Garland Beavers. She graduated Altus High School in 1967 and attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Pam worked in the lab for Integris Baptist Hospital, Southwest Medical Center and Mercy Hospital throughout her 38-year career. Pam spent her adult life as a resident of Yukon, OK where she raised her children.
She loved spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed quilting, reading, doing Sudoku puzzles, cross stitching, playing pranks and spoiling grandchildren.
She is survived by her two sons and two daughters, Jim Bob Carson and wife Kelsey of Yukon, OK, Joe Carson and wife Kristin of Oklahoma City, OK, Erin Lemmerman and husband Bryan of Oklahoma City, OK and Lesley Cornelius and husband Jonathan of Willow, OK; as well as, grandchildren Anna Cate Howeth, Liberty Carson, Isabella Howeth, Arrington Carson, Addison Carson, Vivien Carson, Hollis Carson and James Cornelius, as well as many children and grandchildren of friends of who she loved as her own.
The family wishes to thank the staff at St. Ann's Nursing Home for their care and kindness to our mother over these past few years.
