Frances Jean Weber, 94, of Fred passed away Monday, October 25, 2021. She was born on March 6, 1927 in Village Mills, Texas to the late Escar Gibson and Priscilla Cole Gibson.

Frances was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Warren and enjoyed spending time with her friends.  She also loved her animals. Frances will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Helmet Carl “Mutt” Weber.

Frances is survived by her cousin, Janice Dore; longtime caregivers, Katie Tarver and Kris Napier; and numerous friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2PM on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Franks Branch Cemetery.
