Edwardo Galasinao Daguio, “Ed” or “Waldo”, passed away on October 12, 2021 at the age of 49, while on vacation in Nevada. Ed was born on August 23, 1972 in Isabella, Philippines. He was the third eldest son to Pedro and Lydia Daguio. Edwardo immigrated to the United States in early 1992, where he resided in Honolulu, Hawaii. He then moved to Maui, Hawaii, where he would make his permanent home. He married in 1995 to Daisy Duran and had three children, KC, Gayle, and EJ. Later in his life, he would then be with the love of the life, Ester Hidalgo. Ed worked in construction, maintenance, and was a taxi driver for the island of Maui. He loved to travel, sing, listen to music, and especially loved spending time and providing for his children. Edwardo is survived by his parents, Pedro and Lydia Daguio of Maui; his girlfriend, Ester Hidalgo; his children, Kate (Justin) Jordan of Rexburg, Idaho, Addriana Gayle Daguio, Edrianne Josh Daguio, and Nicca Gajonera of Wailuku, Hawaii, and Shaine Dungan of the Philippines; his granddaughter, Anaheim Jordan of Rexburg, Idaho; his siblings Mary Jane Ancheta, Fernando Daguio, Samuel Daguio, and Ricardo Daguio. Ed left behind all those that loved him too soon and he will be missed by many.
