Geraldine Pawlicke, 88, Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 8:58 pm in her home.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 10:00 AM at  Notre Dame Catholic Church, 1010 Moore Road, Long Beach, Indiana with  Rev. Keith McClellan officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 9:00 AM till 10:00 AM at Notre Dame Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, 418 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana.   

She was born December 30, 1932 in Michigan City, Indiana to the late Peter and Cecilia (Markowski) Kaiser. On  June 20, 1951 in Michigan City, Indiana she married John Pawlicke, who preceded her in death on March 5, 2005. Surviving are two daughters, Mary Beth Pawlicke of Michigan City, Indiana and Theresa (James) Keene of Ventura, California; son, Rickey (Mary Ann) Pawlicke, Sr. of Michigan City, Indiana; granddaughters, Tammy (Sean) Frye of Oxnard, California, Brenda Keene of Paso Robles, California and Shiela (Jim) Edlen of Michigan City, Indiana; grandsons, John (Joy) Pawlicke, II of Chesterton, Indiana, Andrew (Tina) Keene of Flushing, Michigan, Rickey (Amber) Pawlicke, Jr. of Rolling Prairie, Indiana; 14 great-grandchildren along with 2 great-great-grandchildren; caregiver, Renne Streuly of Michigan City, Indiana and her canine pets, Ollie and Rufus;   

Geraldine was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church, St. Stanislaus Rosary Society and former co-owner along with her husband John of Silver Inn, Michigan City, Indiana.
