Elizabeth May Myers

Elizabeth (Betty) Myers, age 91, peacefully passed away on October 23rd at Seashore Gardens in Galloway. A lifelong Atlantic County resident, she is predeceased by her husband Earl, son Earl Jr, and brothers Walter and Richard Edwards. Betty is survived by daughters Connie Smith (Bill) and Betsy Poley, grandchildren Bill Smith (Tiffany), Kim Savino (Ed), Jeremiah Poley (Heather), Joshua Poley (Lynzie), Lisa Poley, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Betty had been a seamstress for many years at a bathing suit factory in Pleasantville and then at Showboat Casino where she retired in 1996. She enjoyed cheering on her Philadelphia Eagles, crossword puzzles, baking her famous zucchini bread, gardening, bird watching, and spending time with all of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great granddaughter – Betty loved her “babies”. Arrangements by Adams Perfect. Family members are invited to funeral and burial services which shall be private due to continuing covid concerns.
