Obituary

MAHAR, SANDRA E. (LIDDELL) 65, of Rathbun Street in Coventry, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Wife to Michael J. Mann, her forever partner and best friend. Born in Dunoon, Scotland, daughter to Ella (Campbell) Liddell of Innellen, Scotland and the late Andrew Liddell.

Employed at Centreville Bank for over 23 years, Sandra developed many lifelong friendships before retiring in 2013 to spend time with her 6 grand babies, who were her world and adored her.

Sandra enjoyed life to the fullest and to know her was to love her. She was proud of her roots and loved all things Scottish. Going back home to Scotland, to be with her family, was very important to her. She loved music and attended too many concerts to count, in which you would find her singing and dancing away. An avid Red Sox fan, her and Mike shared many games together and loved the city of Boston. Sandra was the best Nana to all 6 of her grandchildren, and was a huge part of all their lives. She will live on in all of them.

She leaves behind her children John F. Mahar, Ryan A. Mahar (Inga), both of West Warwick and Erika A. Paterson (Rob) of Blackstone, Massachusetts. Nana to Landon Mahar, Mckenzie Mahar, Price Paterson, Phil Paterson, Gunnar Mahar and Joseph Mahar. Sister to Scott Liddell of Dunoon, Scotland and the late Stuart Liddell.

May she rest easy.
