Funeral services for Mr. Otis Tobias Jackson, 46, of Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 2 PM in the C. D. Dudley Memorial Chapel of Dudley Funeral Home, 617 East Jackson Street, Dublin, Georgia. Burial service will be private for the immediate family. In lieu of flowers, contribution to his services at Dudley Funeral Home are greatly appreciated. Prophetess Tracey Holliman will deliver the eulogy. Mr. Otis Tobias Jackson was born on Friday, January 17, 1975, in Dublin, Georgia. He attended East Laurens High School. He departed this life on Saturday, October 16, 2021. Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by his mother, Joann Shivers.
