Rosa Galante 94, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida passed away October 19, 2021. Born in Castellamare del Golfo, Italy and married in 1955 to Giacomo Galante in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She had four children in Buenos Aires and one child in Brooklyn after moving to New York. She spent the last years of her life living in Florida. She was Catholic in Faith and attended Our Lady of the Rosary. Rosa enjoyed being with family, cooking, posing for pictures, traveling, dancing and singing. She loved her garden and took good care of her husband, children and her grandchildren. She is survived by her 5 children and their spouses, Lawrence & Santa Galante, Joseph & Margherita Galante, Anthony & Mary Galante, Ana & Matteo Rappa and Adriana Rita & Salvatore Masucci; brothers, Domenico Barone, Gaetano Barone and Peter Barone; sister, Maria Chirco; thirteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
