William F. "Bill" Hanneman

<p>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:16px;">William F. &ldquo;Bill&rdquo; Hanneman, 88, of Fairland, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at his residence.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp; He was born September 20, 1933 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Frederic Hanneman and Dorothy (Wilson) Hanneman.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp;On April 5, 1953 he married the love of his life, Carolyn Hanneman and she preceded him in death on March 22, 2021, after spending 68 years together.&nbsp; Bill is survived by his sons, Michael W. Hanneman of Shelbyville, and Randal S. Hanneman (spouse, Ronda), of Fairland, his grandchildren, Randal S. Hanneman, Jr., Derek W. Hanneman, Shelbi R. Hanneman, Christian J. Hanneman, Emily A. Hanneman, and Jacob M. Hanneman; and his great-granddaughter, Elizabeth P. Hanneman. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, and 3 sisters.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp; Bill was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.&nbsp; He was a U.S. Army veteran.&nbsp; He graduated in 1952 from Hemingford High School in Hemingford, Nebraska.&nbsp; Bill loved to be in his garden.&nbsp; He also enjoyed auto racing.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp; Bill was a hard working man that made it his top priority to provide for his family.&nbsp; Once he became a grandfather, his grandchildren became the center of his world.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp; Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp;Funeral services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Father Mike Keucher officiating.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp; Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery with military rites conducted by local veteran organizations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp; Funeral Directors, Greg Parks, Sheila Parks, and Stuart Parks are honored to serve Bill&rsquo;s family.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp; Online condolences may be shared at www.murphyparks.com.</span></p>

 William F. “Bill” Hanneman, 88, of Fairland, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at his residence.

  He was born September 20, 1933 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Frederic Hanneman and Dorothy (Wilson) Hanneman.
