Melissa Marsland

Manchester, NH Melissa Rae Marsland, 39, passed away surrounded by her family on October 19, 2021 at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH. She was born on May 19, 1982 in Methuen, MA, the daughter of Kevin and Cheryl (Ford) Marsland. Melissa lived most of her life in Raymond, NH and was a graduate of Raymond High School. She also was a graduate of Manchester Community College where she received an Associate’s Degree in science. A resident of Manchester for the last 5 years, she worked for several years as a medical assistant for Dartmouth Hitchcock. In her younger years Melissa attended dance classes in Epping and enjoyed being part of the Raymond High Softball Team. Being a social butterfly she leaves behind many friends and family members that will miss her dearly. She was an amazing daughter, sister, aunt and the simplest pleasures in life brought joy to Melissa, going apple picking, parks, fairs and visiting the aquarium with her children. She was predeceased by her father Kevin Marsland; and is survived by her children, Emma Jane Marsland, Eric Marsland, Elizabeth Marsland, and Eryanna Marsland; her mother Cheryl Marsland; 2 brothers, Paul Byers and Kevin Marsland Jr., her sister Jessica Sutton; and several nieces and nephews.
