Yony William “Frank” Benitez Cruz, 37, died October 17, 2021 in Garden City, Kansas. He was born In El Salvador on October 4, 1981 the son of Maria Luisa Benitez & Jose Leon Cruz Bonilla. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, watching soccer and working on cars. He had worked as a delivery driver for various lumber companies.

He leaves behind his Daughter- Alessandra Cruz; Numerous Siblings including -Lelis (Blanca) Benitez, Maribel Benitez, Marina Benitez, Delmy Benitez, Lilian Benitez, Alba Luz Benitez, Juan Benitez, David Benitez, Victor Guevara, Cristela Guevara, Luis Cruz; Numerous Nieces & Nephews including- Christian Benitez, Yeymmy Benitez, Ameer Benitez, Nelson Guevara, Miriam Benitez, Sandra Janet Guevara, Jaime Guevara, Roger Benitez, Melvin Benitez, Delmy Benitez, Monserrat Benitez, Leslie Benitez & Victoria Benitez & Numerous Great Nieces and Nephews

He was preceded in death by his Parents-Jose Leon Cruz Bonilla; and Siblings-Julio Benitez, Xiomara Benitez, & Lazaro Guevara.

Visitation will take place Saturday October 23, 2021 from 2:00 - 10:00 pm at Iglesia Del Senor, 702 N Main, and Sunday October 24, 2021 from 1:00-8:00 pm and 9:00 am until service time on Monday October 25, 2021 at 11:00 am at Garnand Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the Frank Cruz Memorial Fund in Care of Garnand Funeral Home, 412 N 7th Street, Garden City, KS. 67846
