Alin "Jay" J. McNeely Alin "Jay" J. McNeely 45 of Harrisburg, died Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Hershey Medical Center. Jay was born in Los Angeles and was the son of Charlotte Henrey and the late Alvin Kephart. He was a self-employed roofer and a member of Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church. Jay is survived by in additin to his mother, his wife of 6 years, Ashley McNeely; his daughter, Piper McNeely; his step-father, Don Henrey; his sister, Lisa Banks; his brothers, Chris Kephart, Michael Kephart and Jerry Rohrer; many other family members and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1 P.M. at the Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church, 175 N. Fairville Avenue, Harrisburg. The Rev. James Copulos will be officiating. A Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12 noon to 1 P.M. at the church, prior to the service. Arrangements are by the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., Harrisburg.
