Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 25, 2021 at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel of Crowley for Russell Beard, 72, who died at 5:05 a.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2021 in Crowley, LA. Deacon Byrne Winn will officiate the funeral services and the burial will follow in the Leblanc cemetery. Russell is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Myers Beard of Crowley; 1 daughter, Edith Marie Michel and her husband Matthew of Crowley; 1 son William Chad Beard and his wife, Brigette of Egan; 4 grandchildren, Halle Danielle Lake of Crowley, Whitney Hebert and her wife marine private first class, Brittish of Egan, Waylon Julius Beard and Cordell Jessie Beard all of Egan.
