David Eugene Hill, 42, of Frederick, MD, passed away on Tuesday, October 19 2021.

Born August 14, 1979, he was the son of Robin Hill of Wheaton, MD and the late David Withrow.

David is survived by his son Tristan, brothers John Wayne Withrow (Sandy), and sisters Deavon Davidson (Billy) Misty Briscoe (Steve). He is also survived by grandmother Virginia Hill of which he adored, uncles Phillip Hill, Paul Hill, and aunt Mary Sue. David was also survived by lots of cousins, friends, and loved with all his heart Cameron and Jesena.

He is preceded in death by grandfather Clayton, brother Randal and uncle Kenny.

David will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.
