Carolyn Lynn LaBorde, age 73 of Saratoga, Wyoming passed away peacefully on Friday, October 15, 2021. She was born on Friday, November 14, 1947 in Pasadena, Texas to Roy and Ruby Marie (Fortenberry) Pinder.

          Carolyn attended Pasadena High School and was married to Paul Thomas LaBorde on October 21, 1965 in Pasedena, Texas and was a devoted homemaker who raised three children.

          Carolyn is survived by her husband of 56 years Paul Thomas LaBorde of Saratoga, WY; three children, Rachael LaBorde Powell of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Rhonda LaBorde of Lafayette, Louisiana, and James Paul LaBorde and his wife Melissa of Saratoga;  seven grandchildren, Trenton Powell and his significant other, Justine Doud and Garrett Powell of Rapid City, South Dakota, Adelle Puma and her husband Cody, Wade Landerno and his significant other Korey Thibodeaux, Joe LaBorde, Lane LaBorde and Ellie LaBorde; two great grandchildren,  Molly and Stella; and one sister, Barbara Monlezun and her husband C.J. of Lafayette, Louisiana.

          A service for Carolyn will be held at the Saratoga Cemetery Interment Center in Saratoga on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 11:00 am with Pastor Matt Pierce officiating. Interment will follow in the Saratoga Cemetery.

          Jacoby Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
