<p>FORT WORTH - Carl Lacy, 69, of Burleson passed away Oct. 17, 2021, after a valiant battle with Covid. </p><p><br></p><p>Carl was born Nov. 17, 1951, to Vance and Geraldine Lacy in Tuscon, Ariz.. After graduating from Pueblo High School in 1969, he went on to study criminal justice at Dallas Baptist University. </p><p><br></p><p>Carl spent the majority of his life in law enforcement serving his community and helping others. He was a stubborn Irish man who had the biggest heart and will be missed by everyone who had the honor of knowing him. </p><p><br></p><p>Carl Lacy was preceded in death by parents, Vance and Geraldine Lacy; and sister, Diane Lacy.</p><p><br></p><p>Carl is survived by wife, Debie Lyn Lacy; children, Carl Lacy Jr., Danielle Lacy; and Michael Lacy; sister, Becky Lacy Weixeldorfer; grandchildren, Adrienne, Daniel, Easton and Irelynn; along with many treasured extended family members and dear friends. </p>Obituary
