The family of Skyler Elizabeth Messier, age 60, announces that she passed away peacefully, October 16, 2021, in Burlington. She was born in St. Albans, January 27, 1961 to Louis and Shirley (Benway) Greenia. Skyler married Ronald Messier, July 20, 1984. She worked for many years as a Quality Control Officer for the United States Immigration and Naturalization Services. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting and spoiling her grandchildren. She is survived by three children, Leo Messier(Crystal) of St. Albans, VT, Bobbie-Jo Dion (Travis Kimball) of Swanton, VT, and Billie-Jo Rocque (Justin) of St. Albans, VT and two grandchildren, Zavier Dion and Meghan Rocque. She also leaves her fur babies, Sam, Braxton, Gunner, and Minew. She was predeceased by her parents and husband Ronald. Per Skyler's request, there will be no funeral services.
