Wilfredo R. “Willy” Elbin, 42, of Gautier, MS, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021 in Gautier. Willy was born November 20, 1978 in San Juan, Quas, Albay, Philippines. He worked for many years in construction, where he enjoyed performing all types of home repairs and also loved helping his mama in her flower garden. His favorite scripture verse was John 3:16. He is survived by his mother, Irenea Magos Cantilang Rempillo; adoptive parents, Terry and Maria Edith Elbin; siblings, Joel Rempillo, Jennefer Rempillo Chaveyriat, Eduardo Cantilang Rempillo, Rowena Rempillo, Dante (Kenna) Elbin, Maria Teresa Crosby and Ganda (Anthony) Greer; along with other family members and friends. A Celebration of Life service is pending at this time. Heritage Funeral Home, locally owned and operated in Escatawpa/Moss Point, MS is assisting with arrangements.
