Christal Leianne Hudson, 51, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021, in Pascagoula, MS. She was born on September 25, 1970, to Kermit M. and Bonnie P. Hudson. Christal worked at Hunington Ingalls for 12 years and with the Pascagoula School System for 3 years. She was a regular at the livestock barn during the county fair for 15 years. Christal was an avid Alabama football fan and a faithful member of Riverside Baptist Church. She is survived by her parents, Kermit M. and Bonnie P. Hudson, her sister, Tanya Jeneane Hudson McCollough, and her brother, Randall D. Hudson, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandparents and a brother. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Riverside Baptist Church, 2211 Canty Street, Pascagoula, MS 39567, or Bible Baptist Church, 3208 Nathan Hale Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39581, in Christal’s loving memory. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October, 20, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Escatawpa, MS. Funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Dan Black officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula, MS.
