Belton - Donna Koon King, 83, wife of the late Furman Lloyd King, Sr., passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021. Born in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late Jim and Pearl Mae Mullineaux Koon. She was the owner and operator of Southside Tax Service in Greenville. She is survived by her son, Buster King and his wife, Melissa of Belton; grandson, Brendon King of Belton; and a special friend, like a son, Darren Seigler and his wife, Karen of Belton. The last surviving member of her immediate family, she was predeceased by brothers, James L. and Vernon Koon; and sister, Margie Koon. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
