Perry Paul Barr

Perry P. Barr. 63. Hartford passed away October 8, 2021, under the care of Kathy Hospice in West Bend.  He was born on March 17, 1958, in Moline IL. to the late Kenneth and Betty (Wilkinson) Barr.

He was a graduate of Lutheran Hospital School of Radiologic Technologists.  He was a dedicated Radiology Technician who would go the extra mile to take care of his patients.  His career took him to many special places like New York, Wyoming, Texas, Arizona, and Wisconsin, where he eventually retired from Aurora Healthcare after 21 years of service.  It was in Scottsdale, AZ. that he met Bart Skinner his life partner.  They were married in October 1994. 

He is survived by his husband Bart Skinner.  Brothers, Jerry (Ellen), Terry (Jill). Brother-in-law Glenn Rogerson.  Sister-in-law Heather (Joe) Matter, Mother-in-law Camilla Preller, Father-in-law Butch (Mary) Skinner.  Many Nieces and Nephews.

He was pre-deceased by his parents, sister Sharon Rogerson, Father-in-law Jerry Preller.
