Florence (Carlevale) Gallucci

<p><span style="font-size:14px;">97, of Johnston, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021, at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Gallucci. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Angelina (Germani) Carlevale. Mrs. Gallucci was a supervisor for Blue Cross Customer Services for 24 years before retiring. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella #839 where she taught reading on the literacy program, volunteered at the Cranston Senior Center for 15 years, a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Johnston Hose 3, and a member of the Cranston Widow and Widowers Club.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">Florence was the loving sister of Annette Fontaine of Johnston, and the late Mary Jasper, Jeanette Quick, John Carlevale and Olga Gerard. She also leaves behind many of her cherished nieces and nephews. Florence was the companion of the late Alfred Hauser.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;">Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, Oct. 18th, at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, Johnston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are kindly omitted.</span></p>
