Mr. Roger C. Palmer, 56, of Boyce, LA passed from this life Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA. He was born in Laurel, MS on Wednesday, February 17, 1965, to Charles "Mack" Palmer and Marguerite Palmer. He was Co-Owner and Operator of Magnolia Pet Spa and Mandy Mutt Hut. Roger is preceded in death by his father, Charles "Mack" Palmer; two sisters, Melissa A. Palmer, Sherrie L. Palmer Young. He is survived by his mother, Marguerite Palmer of Waynesboro, MS; daughter, Lakin Elizabeth Crawford (Blake) of Hattiesburg, MS; twin sons, Cody Palmer of Starkville, MS, Cameron Palmer (Lara Carolin) of Vilseck, Germany; fiancé, Amanda "Mandy" Cherry of Boyce, LA and her two sons, Matthew Austin Cherry (Morgan) of Waynesboro, MS, Aaron Gage Cherry of Leander, TX; brother, Jason B. Palmer (Gina) of Waynesboro, MS. Pallbearers are Martin Jones, Marc Gatwood, Phillip Nappi, Steve Nixon, Brent Parrish, and Johnny Wigley. Visitation for Mr. Palmer will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Freeman Funeral Home, 1305 Skyland Drive, Waynesboro, MS. Graveside Services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS with Bro. Steve Nixon and Rev. Phillip Gandy officiating. Interment will be in Serenity Gardens Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS.
