Steven T. Perfetti Obituary

Steven T. Perfetti, of Merrimack, NH, formerly of Tyngsboro and Roslindale, passed away on October 13, 2021. He was 58 years old.

Steven was the loving father of Antonio Perfetti of Merrimack, NH, husband to Joyce O’Neil Perfetti of Nashua, NH and stepdaughter Meghan Culhane. Dear brother of Robert Perfetti and his wife Carol of Burlington.  Dear uncle of Maria, Domenico and Niko. Loving nephew of Anthony Perfetti and his wife Julia of Norwood.

For Steve, it was always about family from when he was a young kid all through his adult life.  He lived through his son Antonio, who was not only his son, but also his best friend.  He was always proud of Antonio and spending time with him was his ultimate joy. It was always entertaining to be part of conversations with both Steve and Antonio playing off each other, and Steve’s quick wit would always strive to put a smile on people’s faces and have everyone laughing.

He loved his family, the stories of the past, and traditions that were followed.  He would share these stories with his son Antonio and others to ensure they live on with future generations.  Steve loved to cook and bake.  He shared many different recipes with his family and friends and kept the family Italian recipes close so they could carry on with the family as they were learned from his father Domenic and his grandmother before.   There was always lively debate and laughter on who made the best meatballs.  Funny that everyone thought it was his father who always made them.  It was Dad’s recipe made every week with Steve, his mother Grace, and brother Rob. The mailman always made sure he popped by on a Saturday to get his meatball sandwich and hand deliver the mail.

Growing up in Roslindale, it was always Steve and Rob.  It was the Perfetti brothers, which both considered a true compliment.  The brothers would always be together, given they were 13 months apart, and would hang out with the same group of friends throughout childhood.  Steve always cherished the time he had with his family and friends, and enjoyed telling the stories and sharing his insights, knowledge, and wisdom.

Visiting Hours will be held Tuesday 5-8 p.m. at the Kfoury Keefe Funeral Home, 8 Spring St. (at the corner of Centre St.) WEST ROXBURY. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
