Expressions of faith Losing myself, finding only Pain As the angels came and took him away. Peacefully to a better place Looking around wit a smile on his face I store his memories in my heart I know he is always there He was a kind soul Knowing life is never fair I made sure I didn’t worry The lord took his soul I know the angels will sing As the heavens start to roll Finding out that shock is very real Bad dreams break many hearts Always picking up the pieces Just for them to fall apart Another loved one gone leaving Fond memories for rest left behind Searching for answers to life Which are impossible to find He will always be missed that’s how He found peace and showed people love I believe in the lord and He came down from heaven above Took away all his pain so he Will never have to shed a tear He became the man i would like to be Showing only joy never fear As souls pass over to a new world That won’t be gone in a blink of an eye He is with so many angels and loved ones Passing clouds always flying high Knowing that he left on a prayer Thinking about how proud he felt Raised me to treat people right And showed me how to play the cards i was dealt
