Sandra (Sandy) Gayle Johnson, age 59, of Lewisburg, KY, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021 at her residence.

Mrs. Johnson was born November 24, 1961, to the late Bobby Hurt and Era Nell Welborn. 

Mrs. Sandra is survived by her husband, Danny Johnson; Son, Derek Johnson; Daughter Kimber (Kevin) O'Dell; Brother, Danny (Brenda Gafford) Hurt; Sisters, Brenda Hurt and Rita Johnson. 

Mrs. Johnson was a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church. She was also the owner of K&D Camo in Russellville, Ky. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Price Funeral Home, 252 E Green St., Lewisburg, KY 42256. Visitation will be on Monday, October 18, 2021, from 5:00- 8:00 PM. Interment will follow at Elk Lick Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be, (Active) Mike Saye, Russell Hendricks, Tim Cain, Ronnie Woods, Greg Scholl, Tony Chick; (Honorary) Bradley Brown, Jason Elmore, Jeff Harris, Jeremy Knight, Lanny Hinton, Jason Mcdaniels and Barry Moore.
