<p>Greenwood, SC, Charles Earvin Mourey, 78, 306 Alabama Avenue husband of Shirley Jackson Mourey, passed away on Sunday, October 10th, 2021, at Self Regional Healthcare. Born in Abbeville County, he was the son of the late Sarah Mae Mourey. He was a member of Dunns Creak Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by one son, Charles E. Jr, one granddaughter, Jasmine Lark, and one brother, Robert Anderson. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 57 years, Shirley Mourey of the home, 3 daughters, Wanda Hurley, Yolanda (Benson) Lark, and Christy (Otis) Reid all of Greenwood, SC; Two sisters, Theresa (William) Waldrop of Greenville, SC, and Sylvia Banner of Asheville, NC, 11 grandchildren, two reared in the home, Shantekeia Mourey and Terry Tate Jr, 10 great grands, aunt Hattie Mae Johnson of Florida, and very special niece of Shirley Brown of Due West, SC, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins to mourn his passing.&nbsp;<br /> Graveside services are 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at The Evening Star Cemetery.&nbsp; Viewing will be from 1:00-6:00pm on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Robinson &amp; Son Mortuary, Inc. Please be mindful and practice social distancing.&nbsp; Robinson &amp; Son Mortuary, Inc are in charge of arrangements.</p>
