<p> </p> <p>Shawn Patrick Lentz, age 40, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021.</p> <p>Born in Allentown, PA, he was the beloved son of Bill Lentz and Beth O’Donnell Lentz of Palm Coast, FL and dearest brother of Erin Lentz (Brendan Toohey) of Princeton, MA. He also leaves behind the love of his life and fiancé, Misty Fraher of New Bern, NC.</p> <p>Shawn was an avid Philadelphia sports enthusiast, playing basketball at Allentown Central Catholic and the JCC. He graduated from Allentown Central Catholic and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He worked at Volvo Group NA, and later turned his love of collectibles and memorabilia into a career. Shawn shared his love for German cars with his Dad. He also cherished his time by the ocean with his family.</p> <p>Shawn loved his immediate and extended families deeply, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. </p> <p>His memory will also be cherished by his paternal grandfather, Joseph Lentz; his Godfather and uncle, Ed O’Donnell (Susan); his Godmother and aunt, Donna Allio (Carl); his uncle, Tim O’Donnell (Lisa); and many dear cousins. He is also loved and survived by Misty’s parents, Donald and Sylvia Cooper and their family. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Edward and Patricia O’Donnell; and his paternal grandmother, Shirley Lentz.</p> <p>A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service, 1015 Eastchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
