Mary K. Harold was a longtime resident of Colorado Springs. She passed to her eternal home on June 4, 2016. Mary was born in Los Angeles, California on August 16, 1929. She lived in Riverside, California for many years and retired there from IBM; she worked in the personnel department for 27 years. After her retirement, Mary then moved to Colorado Springs. She served on several administrative boards in our community for various charities and political organizations. Mrs. Harold was married to Jack Harold, a retired Pharmacist, until his passing on January 29, 1998. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Davidson Morgan of Riverside, California and Colorado Springs, Colorado. A funeral service will be held at the Shrine of Remembrance, “America the Beautiful” Chapel, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd. at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Expressway. A dinner reception will follow at the Olympian Plaza Reception and Event Center, 975 South Union Boulevard. These are all organizations that Mary greatly admired.
