William Britton Napier, Jr. “Billy”, 57 of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at the University of Kentucky Heath Care in Lexington. He was born in Upper Sandusky, Ohio on December 27, 1963, a son of the late William Britton Sr. and Mary Ruth Berry Napier. Billy was a Maintenance Electrician for the Blue Diamond Industries. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Regina Michelle Noe. Billy is survived by his wife, Lana Jones Napier; children, Travis Corey Napier, Joshua Cole Napier, Sue Ellen Allen, and Tyler Venable; granddaughter, Charlee Mae Allen; fur-baby, Runt; brother, Britt Edward Napier; nieces and nephews, Kelly Baker, Deidra Thompson, Mary Mackinze Napier, Brooke Nicole Shackleford, Caleb Wade Sanders, Melinda Danielle Jones, and Kayla Chantel Nichols; and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be at 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Alva Memorial Gardens in Black Star with Rev. Thomas Heck presiding. Pallbearers will be Travis Napier, Joshua Napier, Caleb Sanders, Kevin Edmondson, Ricky Brock, and Britt Napier. Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis Sanders, Eddie Frederick, Rob Lincks, Brandon Smith, and Eddie Turner. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Napier family.
