Miner, Candace: Candace Miner, lovingly known as "Candie" unexpectedly passed away on October 11, 2021 at St. Mary's Hospital with her partner and her family by her side. Beloved life partner of Brian Scheid. Dearly missed by her mother Michelle Hoover, her stepdad Trevor Young, her brother Harold Hoover, stepsister Taylor Young, her grandma Lynne Miner and her cat Neka. Candie will be cherished by the Scheid family (Margaret, Richard, Jennifer and Dan). Candace touched the lives of many friends and she will be forever missed by them. Candace had a passion for art, music and travel. She always lit up the room with her warm, gentle and bright smile. Candace's family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00pm - 8:00pm on Thursday, October 21st, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A celebration of Candace's life will be held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home on Friday, October 22nd, 2021 at 3:30pm.
