Guenard, Rita Marie … Passed away peacefully, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Friday March 14, 2014 at the age of 70. Cherished daughter of Helene and the late Claude. Beloved sister of Claudette McRae (Jim), Aline Corriveau (Gaston), Louise Jensen (Ray Hachey), Diane Rumig (Roger Duke), Jeannine Goreing (Frank), Carole Formica (Frank), Guy Guenard (Sandie), Denis Guenard (Debbie), Raoul Guenard (Wendy), George Guenard (Ivy), Patrick Guenard (Janice) and step-sister of John Godin (Jeannie), Raymond Godin (Jeannie), Richard Godin (Marie), Diane Morrisson, Gary Godin (Louise), Paul Godin (Erna), Gerry Godin (Dianne), Janet Burgess (Mike), Carole Lachance (John) and Debbie Nuhn (Richard). Rita will also be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Predeceased by her sister Rose McCue, and her step-father Edgar Godin. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Monday March 17, 2014 from 7-9p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday March 18, 2014 at 11a.m. Interment will follow at Mount View Cemetery.
